Sue Hallwright
Manager

Sue has an MBChB, her FRANZCP and an MBA. She has worked in the mental health sector for twenty years, initially in clinical roles, then in management, funding and planning and service development.

Over the past six years, she has provided advice to governments and healthcare providers within New Zealand and abroad. Her work focuses on enhancing mental health services so that they better support people with mental illnesses/issues to achieve recovery. She began the Mental Health Development Team in August 2002.

Jo Chiplin
Project Manager

Jo is a registered Comprehensive Nurse, has a B HSC and M Mgt (Health Services). Jo has a background in general and mental health nursing and spent seven years working in mental health services in South Auckland. More recently she had a variety of roles in funding and developing mental health services and joined the mental health development team in November 2002 where she presently works part time in the above capacity.

Jo is presently managing the DHB Core Adult Services Project and the CCM Depression Project.
